They are the real asset of the establishment, providing quality education despite the challenges posed by the chaotic administration. Unfortunately, the administration has always been subject to problems and scandals, which can make school life difficult. Urgent administrative improvements are needed so that this high school can fully realize its potential and offer students a coherent and harmonious educational experience.
We went several times. We were always satisfied. The dishes are of quality and the wines offered are good. But at the last lunch we had no sauce with our fish. Also the fish cooking was to be over again because too cooked. Can be satisfied with this lunch. Fortunately dessert was very good, a really delicious opera. But reassure yourself, every other time has been very satisfactory. In addition, teachers are very friendly and friendly. Recommended restaurant.

Too bad, this evening was well, noble products on the map. Mouth: hot oyster with overcooked sabayon (the consistency was closer to the flan). The second mouthing: foie gras, correct. Hot scallop shells with very disappointing citrus fruit, poorly cooked, poorly presented, with broccoli, carrot, insipid in fact. The main dish: veal ris with its very successful fillings, then Brie with truffle. The dessert: cream macaron with butter, litchi, raspberry (lowly mastered butter cream). We do not care about the young, we know that they are there to learn and execute orders. Evening disappointing for a menu at 40€ per person, not to mention drinks. We came on the previous Friday noon and for 13€ the presentation and cooking were mastered. So unconstance in presentations and chefs.
We went to dinner together on Tuesday, 3 Oct. We started with two mouths: a small velvety of cumin carrots and a small velvety of zucchini, both were excellent. Then we were offered a salmon tartare, a homemade smoked salmon and a fresh salmon on its black radish bed: excellent. On the dish, a rosé calf with its melting polenta qunelles and a pancake sauce: sublime. Refined cheese trolley. To finish a trolley worthy of good pastries. For this evening we would like to thank all these young people who are struggling to get to perfection and a great bravo to the chef who was cooking tonight for the manager.
