Fast service, delivery services ask when you ordered, cashier and the staff a friendly

The food was excellent but the service quite slow. Asides, the cashier wrongly calculated my bill, the amount should be 50 but she calculated up to 100 .

This is my second receiving food after morn then 12 hours. First time order at 9pm for dinner but food was delivered on the day 11am. No calls or update from outlet. Yesterday I ordered online for 3 pizza and cheese sticks at 9pm but pizza was delivered only at 10.30pm but only 2 pizza and they forgoten about the other pizza and cheese sticks. Then at 10.50pm they delivered the left out pizza and forgoten the cheese sticks. My cheese sticks only got delivered the next day at 5.30pm. Most disappointing domino's outlet I have ever faced. Not once but twice. Horrible service. Hope HQ will take action and improve their service. Will never order from this outlet again. I understand if they have issues with short of staff or riders it's understandable but make sure ensure that always keep customer updated. Big thumbs down pls do improve for your own good.

Place order online self collected. When arrive order not yet prepared. Still want to wait. If like that better walk in. For sure u must wait.
