Tasco Badalhoca do Fredo

Beer was fine, the food was the typical portuguese 'rissois '. I didn 't try the rest.. The room is quite small, but that is one expect from a tasca. The only negative is to find the place, there are no indications in the street..

Stumbled upon this gem when attempting to dine at its older sibling, Taverna do Badalhoca. The latter was closed but luckily for us, a gentlemen associated with the restaurant directed us to A Badalhoca do Fredo, about 15 minutes outside of Porto. The leitão sandwich is the best, hands down. Friendly staff, local feel and tasty fare.
