I called in my order, the male order taker who answered greeted me by stating that they were not taking any custom orders at this time. I stated only wanted a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, he didn't even ask for my name after taking my order and said it would be ready when i arrived. When i arrived i wasn't super shocked that they were not even aware of my order, even though the employee who greeted me, the only male who appeared to be working, im sure was the same one who had taken my order over the phone. The pizza however was perfect.
It depends on the hours you go on how well the food is. I will say they will tell you they don't make certain items hot and ready till certain hours, so you will have to get a buzzer and wait. They have a huge selection and the prices are more affordable than most. Also getting pizza here is the most convenient way to get pizza.
The guy that took my order was really rude. I wanted a special pizza and he said We 'll have make it in a very rude tone like i was borhering him, and I responded with okay because who wants old food?? Get better workers to run the window because rude people can make the whole establishment look bad. I haven 't been back because I don 't want to deal with him.
I asked for 5 pizzas, they said it would be 45 minutes. Even though I told them I saw they were hot and ready on the counter, I didn't want to argue, so I waited and counted 15 cars and 26 pizzas handed out.......my fault. Should have known not to rely on a franchise for a pizza party. You get what you pay for I guess
