Burger King - Semécourt

Ok, I love burger king and will go out my way to eat there, even if these arcs are close! coming from nyc, I have lived in Europe for the last 10 years, I jumped with joy, as burger king quick replaced!. I thought I was for a real tasty bite when I went to the burger king in thionville, I really enjoyed my experiences in Luxembourg and throughout Germany, but I was for a real surprise. the stage to put: it was almost the midday hour, and there were a few people waiting in the line to be 3 exact, with 2 registern open. the preorder pick-up area had 6 people who are not to do anything than waiting for order. I ordered a whopper, mine away, with cheese 40 extra), speck and no wobble or mayo, king size naturally. When I sat down and opened my sandwich, I was surprised to see that the speck looked raw! when I touched it, it was ice cold, I don't speak cool as if it were sitting out, but literally ice cold, right out of the refrigerator! I immediately went to the manager and explained me and also brought her attention that the burger was not even warm. much to my surprise was her answer “that is the way we serve the speck” and “Your burger is not cold”. when I told her that this was unacceptable, she replied, there is nothing I can do for her! I was angry, I was hungry too! I thought I could overlook this misery! When I started eating, I immediately noticed the total lack of taste in the patty and the endurance of the brotes, all in all, a terrible experience! but the fries were hot! I am surprised to read all the positive reviews, but if they don't compare anything, they would think this was good! if they were to eat only another Burger King in the surrounding countries, they would notice the big difference. themes customer service; this was by far the worst the experience I had ever had, the manager was really not interested! Americans do not do everything right, but we could teach the administration in this business a lot about the treatment with customers and what customer service really means.

Very good! service is fast enough and clean restaurant. recommended in the semecourt corner.

Satisfied with the fast food type. We were served quickly despite the world. Nothing missed, hot fries. Satisfied family.

We took a quick break because we still had the road to make. the service was a little long between the time we validated our order at the terminal and recovered our tray.
