Great Guy At The Door! Great Staff and Food they always go out of their way to tend to customers. !Nice to see my old friends. The Ownership really cares about thier customers and workers.

Customer service is terrible, placed an order online, ordered a Stromboli which had an option for added items, checked the hot peppers and then called the store to say I do not want jalapeños peppers I wanted banana peppers, the women said no problem, received the order that had jalapeños peppers, called the store to ask why there were jalapeños peppers on when I called specifically to not have them put hem on on, his answer was the order was already in the oven, I asked why wasn't I told that when I called they just repeated the same answer, no apologies what so ever. I would have paid to have another one made if I had know that. Frusttated as this has happened more than once before and they said I would be compensated on the next order , I never followed threw on that and they never offered anything. Disappointed long time customer

The patrons are hit or miss, but the staff is phenomenal and the food is awesome!

Usually don’t mind this place even though the bad rep…I was there tonight with 2 guys I met at The Horse, one of them reached over the counter and changed the channel. Which was not good. However I was just sitting next to them, no clue he was doing that and was kicked out of the bar. The same guy turned around on our way out and apologize for the inconvenience and was physically shoved out of the door. All while being screamed at. Usually a bad crowd, tonight the security/ bar tender was clearly looking to cause an issue and succeeded. 1 star for lack of professionalism and a clear power trip,
