Based on the ingredients and prices we expected large portions, but they were small. 65 bucks without drinks have fed two people. I love hot food, but get Hiccups of high spices (it is one thing). My partner loves incredibly spicy food and looks for it regularly;. One of our dishes was so spicy that I could not eat more than half a bite, and it was so spicy that my fiancé had to mix it with 2/3 rice and still had to force himself to eat it. Our other menu item was a perfect warmth for me, but would have been too spicy for many others, but neither article mentions spices in the menu. We also ordered a third article that had practically no taste.
The waiter and the lady were disgusting and rude. We were treated like beggars. ? I'm never so humiliated in my whole life. What did they think? Is 15 minutes late a crime? I'd never go to this place again. We like to try new places and food. So we went all the way from winnipeg with my friends to taste their food as the Google reviews were so good. We just left without food. We had a reservation at 7:00. Because of the babies and the traffic we were too late and we even mentioned that when they called. Once we got into the store, they started screaming at us without even offering seats. We were so upset and even apologized. The lady and the man screamed after the apology. Since we were not so rude and time reserved for us, we decided to to tolerate their favorable behavior. There were no customers throughout the restaurant. once the waiter came to take our order, he was again very rude. We were so angry and decided to go. We take off from Les saj.
We enjoyed the buffet. More than enough vegetarian and vegan options. It was nice to see some dishes made with coconut milk instead of moo-cow milk. Appam was a treat! Very friendly staff.
Great lunch buffet. Lots of variety of South Indian tastes and flavours. The chicken legs are amazing. Recommended. You can order naan and a few special treats. The owners are friendly and helpful. Great Selkirk hospitality.
A new South Indian restaurant that opened a few weeks ago. All staff....and chef were very friendly and helpful. We had the goat curry and and shrimp curry combo dinners. Both were very taisty, I found that the shrimp curry combo was a bit salty. The South Indian desert made with chick peas and coconut was very good. Will definitely go back again.
