Landgasthof Neubauer - Seligenstadt

Located within a short distance to the autobahn exit it is easily accessible when travelling, especially since a hotel is also available for stay. The food is very good, but the menu has limited choices and changes frequently. I am told that during November they offer a special meal of goose roast and reservations are highly recommended. They do have limited hours for lunch and dinner that they are open. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Also a good place for groups and special occasions dining, including weddings.

I went with friends to have a goose meal at the guest house which also has a wonderful restaurant. The restaurant is well known, therefore, if you have a specific date to have a goose dinner, I would recommend making reservations about six months in advance. The restaurant usually offer goose dinners from about 11 Nov to the end of the year. There were eight of us so we had two whole organic geese. Only organic goose is served at the restaurant. The goose was perfectly cooked. The skin was crispy and light, and the meat moist and very well seasoned. There are two courses of goose. The first course started with a green salad with a very nice dressing. The Chef/Owner of the restaurant carves the goose for each table of diners. The Chef placed goose meat on top of a delicious chestnut puree with a side of roasted potatoes. After a short break, the second course consisted of more goose meat served with the traditional potato dumplings, red cabbage, stuffing made with goose liver, and gravy.The two geese was more than enough for us so we had leftovers. We also decided not to have dessert.We definitely enjoyed the goose dinner and would highly recommend Landgasthof Neubauer.

We celebrated our wedding here and it was absolutely mad! From the first meeting to the big day, care was simply top. We felt comfortable, everything was taken care of and you always notice the experience and professionalism of the owner and his entire team. He knows what's good! The food has fascinated everyone and still today are praise songs written. We wouldn't have wanted a nice wedding and we owe it to the new builder for the most part. Clear recommendation! Once again a GRANDIOSER evening in Seligenstadt with the perhaps warm gastronomy of the entire region. What a personal reception, what a family atmosphere, what a great pleasure. Perfect service, supreme goose-tranchier art of the boss, psychically loud guest group (but that is understandable when everything is true and enjoys everything, then begins to babbele and sing... The wine recommendations are very harmonic, the fruit fires beguiled and the desserts around the evening for the best. Thank you.

What an evening! Gänseessen near Neubauer’s, an experience! The boss personally wears the goose at the table and what you get on the train is an experience! Each component on the plate is a palate joy for itself! An excellent wine recommendation! And: since YEARS, I have not experienced a place where JEDEM used individual staff so attentive, friendly and courteous, and that, although the local RAMMELVOLL has been! Bravo!
