Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Selden

I absolutely love the chicken Caesar wrap at this restaurant! The smoothies are also delicious. My friend and I often come here after the gym. My only suggestion is that they should offer the option to omit the added sugar in the smoothies. They taste just as good without the Turbinado sugar, and it saves on calories. It's a shame that some customers unknowingly think they are making a healthy choice by ordering a smoothie with added sugar.

I am one of the unfortunate patrons of this restaurant who visits weekly and has experienced consistently poor service. The owner is unprofessional and does not know how to properly manage or hire a competent team. Despite multiple complaints, I have received rude responses and no resolution. I will be taking further action to ensure my voice is heard as a dissatisfied customer. I will also be warning others about the unprofessionalism at this establishment. I suggest avoiding this location and visiting the Centereach branch instead. Thank you.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. They constantly get our order wrong and then laugh about it. They don't provide napkins, the smoothies are only half-filled, and the sandwiches are always short. If you have the chance, avoid this place and go to their Centereach location instead. Trust me.

My son really liked this place! He’s 5 but said I must leave a review with 5 stars because the food is delicious, and we got a smiley face drawn on our smoothie cup! ? great job guys!

Love this place. Every worker is super sweet. I wish all customer service was like this. And I am addicted to the hummus veggie wrap!
