Chris, the cautious woman with the left hand, has an amazing personality! That guy deserves a raise! He was funny, engaged in politics, and completely genuine! We definitely need more people like him who treat customers with respect!

The delivery driver completely missed the mark with my order. It felt like a huge burden was lifted off him, yet there was no vehicle to be seen anywhere. To make matters worse, he didn’t even bother to call and let me know that the gate was locked. It’s a 15-minute walk from my front gate to the cabin, and if he had simply updated me, I could have given him the gate code beforehand. Instead, he chose to park his vehicle and climb over the gate, which resulted in a half-hour trek to deliver my food. I won’t forgive myself until I can make a trip to the city just to leave an envelope of my thoughts with him. He deserves some sort of recognition for this. Maybe a "Driver of the Month" award or a significant raise! But seriously, please call me next time. Thank you!
