フィードバックを提供するI have been frequenting this café for a few months and have generally been happy with the food and service provided by the friendly staff. However, my most recent visit left me quite disappointed. The breakfast portions were smaller than usual, the bacon was tough to chew, the eggs were tiny, and my husband only received half a cup of coffee. It seems they may be trying to save money. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
This tea room, also known as Bill Rimmer's cafe, receives rave reviews for its fantastic food, reasonable prices, and attentive service. Highly recommended for a great dining experience.
My mum, auntie, and I enjoy coming to this restaurant for lunch. The service is excellent and the food is consistently delicious. I especially appreciate the handmade knitted tea cozies that are placed on all the teapots, it's a cute and unique touch. The prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is always clean. Although it is currently closed for expansion, we are looking forward to returning and seeing the improvements they have made.
After being referred to here with a friend we ordered a 'farmers breakfast ' 'full english ' to which we forgotten to specify how we like our eggs cooked within two minutes after ordering we had realised we attempted to specify how we like our eggs but we got nothing but attitude back telling us we had to specify and they were going to be fried.... A small but yet a very frustrating encounter, as things started to decline my friend who referred us then discovered he had two hairs in his breakfast, poor service and poor handling in the kitchen clearly. Apart from the food being okay I was utterly disappointed in the way we were treated.
Just been to Bill Rimmers for brunch and discovered that this is actually the Tea Room at Longacres. They are the same place.
