フィードバックを提供するI was so disappointed on Saturday 23rd April. I visited with my husband for a sandwich and a latte. We didn't get a receipt. I ordered BLT and cheese with red onion and marmalade off the menu and a toasted tea cake. The sandwiches tasted like they had been left out uncovered. They were in cling film when I ordered them and was advised that someone else made them over the road. The cheese looked like it had Branston pickle on which I said my husband didn't like and asked if it was the red onion and marmalade as in the menu. The girl who served me didn't know as they were made by someone else. I purchased them cost £27. 75 The cheese sandwich was not red onion and marmalade but a Branston style pickle which I ended up eating and my husband had half a BLT sandwich. One sandwich was so hard I returned it and refused to eat it. I did get a refund for £7 as the bread was hard in touch. I wouldn't return there again. I don't expect to pay £7 for stale sandwiches each. It looked like a lovely coffee shop inside Beales shop.
Expensive for what you get. Service was great but you can feel the place is just designed to get as much money as they can for what little they give
Went for pre concert drinks nice cozy but the staff were confused about what drinks they had despite them being the drinks fo the week on the bar. Anyway liked the venue so asked what time they were closing 11.30PM was the reply. Aranged to meet friends there after the concert but arrived a 10.55 PM to find it locked up dark ??
Wow what terrible service. Shouted at by the waiter because we moved tables, despite telling them we had moved!!!! We will NEVER visit here again.
Here for a lunch today..with family. A simply amazing choice of drinks and their own Southport gin..the food was really good. What stood out though was the helpfulness of the staff, their politeness and how the lads serving went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. They didn't have my usual falafel dish today but chef made an amazing salad..
