Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Seffner

Terrible restaurant I hope it stays shut down!!! The management is terrible ghetto!!! Just thugs!

Never a pleasant experience at this place. Most often this fast food place took a half hour or more to get our order. Not surprised it was closed.

This place is horrible and needs to be shut down. The customer service is deplorable, this company really needs to reconsider who they hire. The restaurant is dirty and unpleasant. The employees uniforms are unsightly(look unclean). Forget about the hours of operation. This place closes at any time of the day. When going to this restaurant you can almost always garnitee that your order will be messed up or they will be out of something on the menu. Like really who is running this place. They need to be replaced immediately.

I just sat in the drive thru with no one in front of me, waiting to order for 11 min. Then when the girl finally came to take my order, no apologies or explanation for the wait. When I placed my order she rudely told me it would be another 20-30 min. Will never go back. They need to work on their customer service and time management. I left and went to KFC.

Honestly don't waste your time coming here. I've came to this certain Popeyes location about 3 times and each time they had some excuse for closing their doors way earlier than when they're actually supposed to close. I just don't get why they are so lazy literally getting paid to do nothing smh
