Great people that own the place. I don’t usually like collards but I love there collards. Don’t have the bitter taste. I try to eat here whenever I travel out this way for work. Defense should get some great ribs!

Great ribs. Offers first responder and military discounts. Was my first time here, but not the last. I really enjoyed my meal
The food is amazing! Their brisket is incredible and the Mac and cheese is so creamy and flavorful. The parsley potatoes are buttery and a must try. The family is wonderful and local and they’re a Tampa staple. They have the best bbq in the area, hands down
