Carnegie Diner Cafe - Secaucus

It was very bright airy inside. much better than the previous restaurant that was on this place. the waiting staff was very attentive. the food was served hot, it all came together

The ambiente is beautiful. that was okay. I thought it was too expensive. I really don't want to go back.

Here's all in order! the food was well flavored, in small portions for a diner. the most important was the personal. they seem unorganized. I made a reservation, they canceled it when I came (instead of checking me) and apparently no one understood what happened until a manager was involved and in the meantime I stayed standing. I would have liked to sit down and enjoy them at night as they were half empty, so it wouldn't be that it would be a problem to still sit down. the waitress was sweet, not great to answer, but she was polite. they marked me anyway as no show and I had to contact OpenTable support to repair it who did it. I probably wouldn't come back here.

The wagyu pastrami sandwich (1/2 pound meat! was amazing. my daughter and I shared this huge sandwich that came with a beside salad and a delicious pimple spear. we will go back to nyc next time!

Our first time, we’ll be returning. The ambiance was nice, the decor even nicer, and the food was yummy. We had appetizers of wings (meaty juicy, not dry), mozzarella sticks, french fries (crispy flavorful), a pastrami sandwich which was very good. We were seated quickly and not rushed out. The staff was friendly and quick.
