Pagliacci Pizza - Seattle

THE BEST PIZZA IN AMERICA. I confess, I have not eaten all the pizza in America, but this pizza is darn good! Creative, fresh and good dough. That's hard to find.

Tourist from the great state of OK. The cashier/front desk worker was very helpful in my decision making. He offered options and explained favorites amongst the locals. Affordable pricing! Great quality products and a variety of choices. Even special diet choices like gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. I ordered a 13' half and half (cheese and Brooklyn) and it was delicious!!

The woman who took our phone order for delivery was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Everything arrived exactly as we had ordered, within the timeframe they specified, which was unfortunately 70 minutes.

A fantastic place to visit after a festival! I've found myself here numerous times following events like Folklife, Bumbershoot, or other happenings at Seattle Center. There’s something special about enjoying a slice of Pagliacci's pizza after spending a day under the sun, feeling hungry and unwilling to settle for the mediocre food at Seattle Center House. The atmosphere inside is cool and dim, with comfortable booth seating. There are plenty of pizza slices to choose from, so grab a tray and slide down the line. They always offer a selection of local craft beers, and the staff has consistently been friendly. I've only had great experiences here!

I absolutely love pizza places that serve by-the-slice. I came across a lot of positive reviews for this spot, and it was just a few blocks from my hotel. I tried their pepperoni and cheese slices, and both were packed with unique flavors. The sauce had a nice balance without being overly spiced, and the crust had a delightful chewiness. It was the ideal choice for my final meal in Seattle.
