First time, won't be my last. We strolled in at 330 pm and it was nearly empty. Low key, authentic mom and pop vibe. First observation was clean; yes they have boxes lined up in the hall, and it was not absolutely meticulous, but the cook was crushing a cleaning job in the kitchen after their lunch rush, they were vacuuming the main walk paths, and the bathroom was taken care of. Second observation, Friendly. Good communication. Table service was excellent. Third observation, the food was GREAT. Pho was top notch with quality toppings and great complexity in the broth. Fresh spring rolls and steamed pot stickers were perfect.
Five star service,Five star for quantity of food and tenderness of food, four star for flavor saturation.the best meat( not spongie) like most Asian market places, smoke house quality.I stopped in to get food for my wife and me on annual visit to U W hospital.I didn't realize they were closed( they told me as I was leaving)They were hospitable, food was good and made food to personal request for my wife( U W transplant patient).the service and meat tenderness was excellent.
Amazing service!! Food is so so yummy and they are incredibly friendly(: I definitely recommend!
They are so so good, and Julie is so so nice! I just found out they will be closing for good on May 27th, which saddens me greatly. I will be trying to visit I've last time before then. Thank you Julie for being such a wonderful restaurateur!
