Jack In The Box - Seattle

I absolutely loved this place! I moved back to Florida and really miss you all. There’s no Jack in the Box here. The service was fantastic, and the food was amazing!

I've never received the wrong item in my orders over the past two and a half years of takeout. The staff is friendly and efficient, even amidst supply chain challenges and staffing issues. Thank you for being consistently reliable and delicious!

I really love the chocolate shakes, but the paper straw they provide is a downside. The shakes are thick and delicious, but paper straws just can't handle the suction needed to get them up. To fully enjoy these tasty treats, plastic straws or spoons are a must.

I'm really surprised by the number of negative reviews for this place. I visited for lunch today around 1:30 PM, and the restaurant was clean and virtually empty. After I placed my order, my food was ready in just a few minutes. It was hot and fresh. I ordered a number 1 and a number 4, and by the time I got back to my job site, everything was still very hot and delicious. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and pleasant.

This is the third time I've received poor service from this location. They messed up my order once again and charged me for something I didn’t receive. They don’t answer their phones, and complaining online hasn’t been effective either.
