Jack In The Box - Seattle

We ordered takeout from this restaurant. The fries were very similar to the ones at McDonald's. The chicken sandwich was neither particularly dry nor incredibly juicy. It may not have been the best, but it was still tasty.

The restaurant was average, but when I requested bacon or asked for no pickles, the person at the drive-thru rudely said "NO" by scratching through the speaker. I didn't feel like arguing with that kind of attitude, so I ended up eating my meal with bitter pickles and without bacon.

I can say I've spoken with management at this JITB on a frequent basis she is one of the best parts of my mornings. Super friendly and extremely respectful. She seems to genuinely care about my issues I've had at his location. And has addressed many of them. That said there is a major issues with the overnight staff at this location. They are rude and inconsiderate I'm general. Very inattentive and seem to to have an attitude 100% of the time. Even when in the drive thru and trying to be considerate to them if there's a long line or if there's a walk-up due to patrons to this location. In the morning the food is fresh and tastes great In the evening the food is cold and seems to have been sitting around. It's impossible to get hot fresh fries in the evening. Regardless of how busy they are. It almost feels as if the evening staff deliberately give less then desirable food to particular customers based on repeat customers. I've resolved to travel to a different location in the evening at this point

This Jacks has what I enjoy Popcorn Chicken ,HOT Fries,Strawberry Shake. Not to mention I never finish the medium meal, it’s a lot! Great Service too! I’m happy when I decide to be a bad girl.

I dropped by this restaurant for a late-night bite before heading home. The drive-thru was busy, but running smoothly. The food was hot and fresh, the service was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience. I really enjoyed it. Great job.
