Emerald City Fish Chips - Seattle

My friend introduced me to this fish chip shop which I never knew about. I ordered the catfish chips and my friend ordered the salmon chips as well as the chowder.The catfish was amazing I will definitely order this again if I'm back in the area. The chowder is also really good but the salmon was a bit disappointing.

Amazing fish spot that lives up to the hype behind it. We came to this spot after watching worth it and everything was amazing, from the service and speed to the quality and quantity of the dish. There’s very limited dining inside and outside but not too busy when we came. We got Fried Catfish, Cod, chips (fries), and smoked salmon chowder. The catfish and the salmon chowder were my standouts. Great spot for fish and chips breading is light but still good and the fish shines through. And of course, that spicy tartar sauce is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

This place is lovely everything here is fresh no doubt, my go to is either the salmon burger or classic fish and chips easy

This is by far the worst halibut and the worst chicken we have ever had. We were pretty shocked because our previous experience with this place was good. We placed an order on Friday evening for 5 pc halibut and chips, and chicken and chips. Both the halibut and the chicken were extremely dry and chewy kinda like they were stale. Pathetic experience and we will not be back here for sure!

An absolute gem! I'm a celiac, and nearly their entire menu is GF (shared fryer though- with two items that DO have gluten. The gentleman running the whole place by himself was SO friendly and helpful- what a great place! We'll be back, and THANK YOU!
