Lupita's Bakery - Seaside

Always delicious! The bread and desserts are always fresh, and the food is incredibly tasty! I highly recommend the torta combinada.

The food is consistently fresh, authentically prepared, and the prices are quite reasonable.

I always try to have a positive attitude with this place but it just always disappoints me. The bread always taste bad I had order the velvet cake and it tasted like the milk was bad. Also they always run out of meat and the meat that they do have is always tasteless and fatty just gross.

Polverones conchas remind me of home. I recently moved to the Monterey area from South County and had trouble finding pan dulce nearby until now. I will definitely be ordering again soon. The sweet bread tasted fresh and warm, but I was very disappointed with the Toasted Almond Cake Slice, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. It was a $6 slice of dry cake.

The pastries were freshly baked, and when I visited, they were still warm. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. It's a great one-stop shop combining a bakery and a taqueria!
