Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Searcy

I always enjoyed a nice hot meal of Popeyes. It seems that you need to check twice and triple your order, make sure you ask for extra sauce because 1-2 packs of Louisiana hot sauce does not cut it completely when it comes to a 3 piece dinner. Overall, this place is typically fresh and hot .. Prices are a little out of control. But definitely a great meal!

I updated my review because this restaurant has changed significantly. I must say that the establishment has completely turned around in terms of performance, customer service, and food quality. The staff are friendly, polite, and efficient, and every order I’ve placed has been correct. I had a super fast lunch today!

I dine here at least 2-3 times a month, and the food is consistently excellent. However, tonight when I got home, the container of mashed potatoes and gravy was only half full. This was disappointing. I hope this incident is just a one-time issue and that I continue to receive great service in the future!

This was my first visit to Popeyes, and I really liked the restaurant's theme and decor. I ordered two chicken breasts—one mild and one spicy. The cookies were fantastic, and the fries were tasty as well. Although the dining area was busy, it was kept clean. Several staff members greeted me warmly when I arrived. The manager took my order in a very organized and professional manner. When I mentioned that it was my first time there, he assured me that I had made great choices. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I encourage you to give it a try; I think you'll enjoy it too!
