Cold Stone Creamery - Seal Beach

Naira's behavior is incredibly rude and unacceptable. She shows a complete lack of respect for others' feelings and really needs to learn how to treat people properly. I find it difficult to support a business that has such poor management.

On September 4, 2022, at 9:30 PM, we visited this place with a large group of 16 and ordered ice cream. The staff was incredibly organized and entertaining. I just want to commend them for doing such a fantastic job while maintaining a cheerful attitude!

I would like to express my appreciation for their excellent service and their delightful ice cream.

Very disappointed by the service tonight. we went in while the load was still open, but no one recognized us and when they finally asked us what we wanted, we could not smooth or order ice with the mixins because they were closed. we had literally seen how they mix something for another customer before us. call and talk to a manager because it wasn't the same experience as we were tracking to others.

You have a bunch of rude little kids that show their emotions on their face really well that work here.
