Texas Roadhouse - Seaford

After a bad experience at the Camden location, we decided to give Seaford a try. Our experience there was fantastic. Our server, Kristin, was delightful. The owner, Keith, came out to check on us, as did the manager. Everyone was very friendly. The food was fantastic! Both steaks were cooked perfectly. I'm glad we didn't let the bad experience in Camden color our opinion of all locations. Seaford is definitely a standout.

Staff was attentive and very good. Had an issue where the steak we picked was not the steak we got. This was found out during the course of our meal, when we went to the front to go to the rest room, and realized the steak we picked was still in the window and not on our plate. Waitress said she would speak to the owner about adjusting our bill as we clearly didn 't get what we picked. Owner, Keith, came out initially and apologized, but the bill was not adjusted. When he came back to our table, we politely asked why there was no adjustment to the bill when we were told there would be. He then said the waitress did not have that authority, and proceeded to raise his voice in the dining area and make a big scene embarrassing us in front of the other guests. We were called ridiculous and ignorant in a loud voice. He walked away in a rage, and said he would adjust the bill, and for us to never come back. Well, don 't worry, we won 't be. Probably one of the worst experiences I 've had at a Texas Roadhouse. I hope he treats his help better than he treats his guests.
