Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicapped parking right infront of front door. No steps or ramps. Straight shot into the door where you can take a left or right to be seated on same level. There are 2 or 3 short steps down to the bar I beleive. Hope that helps Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Steak Tips
Red's is a lovely place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As of yet, we haven't had a bad experience. The staff is both top-notch and friendly. I recently tried their turkey club on sourdough, one of the best I have ever had. Filled with plump turkey, fresh veggies, and crispy bread. The mimosa options were plentiful and the **** Mary my husband ordered was a meal in itself. The food was freshly made and left me wanting more. We went to the Red's off Route 1 in Seabrook, and it is in a good location, lots of room in the parking lot, and they have a patio. We tried to sit there but I they weren't serving there so we had to sit indoors. It was my first time at Red's, and it went pretty well. I had the Hawaiian chicken bowl really tasty. The pineapple with the peppers really made the meal. My date had Baked Haddock, and she was very happy with her meal as well. I only had water, but my date had a non alcoholic Margarita, which she said was delicious, and it seemed to be as she finished it very quickly. ?The server was very nice and waited for us to be ready to order as we were chatty as we usually are. The whole staff was pleasant, prices are reasonable, and the place has a good atmosphere, but it's almost a mix of a family restaurant that's trying to be more contemporary. I know it used to be an Applebee's, so maybe that's where it came from. I'm not knocking them. It just was a little different. Also, we did wind up hanging out in the patio after we left as they had the heaters going out there, but it was around 70 degrees, so they didn't need to be on. It was really nice in a mid fall evening. The staff saw us out there and were concerned we weren't being served, but when we explained that we had eaten, they were fine with us hanging out there. That was really nice of them, considering some places might have said we had to leave. So overall, it was a very good experience at Red's.
I've been to Reds in Seabrook three times. All three times the place has had a fly problem. The food is good, the waitress I had this time was stressed out of her mind and anytime you said something to her it was oh I'm so sorry no offer to fix the situation or anything just I'm so sorry..There is literally nothing worse than sitting there and eating your meal in a restaurant where you're paying for that meal and having to swat flies away. I wouldn't mention it if it were a one-off thing but it's happened the three times that I've been there which is about once every 6 months for the past year and a half.At this point I would prefer to go to Peabody or Salem although I live right down the street.
