The old lady who worked there for years is by far the most rude and unhappy person I have ever met. it is rude while they order her to eat and she is even more terrible when they come into the window. she doesn't ask if I want to throw any one they just throw what she thinks they would want there, and if they ask for the sauces they actually want that she has a posture and gave me 1 soße for 4 tacos and a medium curly frit. I asked for more sauce and she gives me the worst look ever and gives me one more. that is not a situation that is not, it is so, every time I go there. the topper on all this situation is that they got my order wrong and have shortened me 2 tacos. painful old woman can not even make her job right
Waited 30mins just for 1 burger. The manager was helping with the drive though. The manager and the little kid helper standing out front was rude as hell!!!! I've always respected folks in this line of work but never again at this location. The manager and that kid up front was very lucky my son was with me or I damn sure would had smacked them both in the mouth!!! I truly hope this makes it up to the main office
It says that it's 24 hours but when you go at night it's always closed. It used to be the only 24-hour fast food restaurant in the area And I think that's a very untapped market that they're missing out on and now there's nothing I hope they bring that back but otherwise for fast food the food is what it is.
The morning crew definitely aren't morning people. If you ask for fresh food items (I.e.. Hashbrown) they ignore you or drop a previously made one back into the grease. Like geez, I am already consuming unhealthy foods, I would appreciate them not contributing to my arteries being clogged. Hell, I can do that on my own. I thought the slogan was, we don't make it til you order it'. Well Jack needs to check his crew...
I was just at the Jack in the Box drive thru at 4457 E. Nasa Road One in Seabrook, Texas, and I noticed a Nassau Bay Police Department cruiser just 2 cars ahead of me in line. I told the employee, William Mikolajczyk, on the speaker to put the NBPD order on my tab. He then ran out and grabbed my card for that payment. When I got to the window for my own order, the employee, William, said, No charge! I paid for YOU #coolfeeling #payitforwardtwice #doubleblessings
