They really need to get caught up with the times where you can place an order online and pay for it or use a delivery service like GrubHub, Uber Eats or DoorDash. Yes they deliver themselves but you must give your order over the phone, they place you on hold multiple times to answer other calls, back and forth clarifying and repeating the order, giving credit card info over the phone and needing clarification over again. Other callers calling in just getting placed on hold. So annoying not being able to enter your own order and card information and reviewing your order yourself to ensure it’s correct. Saves them amd us so much time and headaches. It don’t get it. P. S. Food is good. Ordering deliver is annoying.

How to get to North Shore from LI from Queens! Cosy restaurant with a warm, friendly staff. The food was definitely plentiful. The Fried Calamari is a must that you are not disappointed with the Veal Fiorentina. The restaurant even offers a diet menu that I thought was a nice touch. Don't worry about the food here during the Covid virus. It was so nice to find a restaurant where you can enjoy a great meal, feel safe, your business is really appreciated!! Can't wait for a return visit!

Great neighborhood restaurant with very friendly and courteous staff. Food portions are large and always feel really fresh and handmade. With indoor dining limitations, outdoor seating was fun and service was excellent. We will do our part to support this local gem!!
