フィードバックを提供するSlow service the cashier seems afraid to talk to the customer. And I understand because as I was waiting for my food 3 burgers came out and were wrong, same for mine. If you plan to go to this location? Check your order twice! The guy that was ordering as I was waiting for them to correct my order gave specific instructions ONION AND CHEESE THAT ALL ON THE BURGER! they finally got it right on the 3rd burger!!
For some reason we've been stopping at Wendy's...this was our third Wendy's (the others closed early due to lack of staff) and were not only happy they were open but they served good fast food!
I hate to leave a bad review because I love to eat wendys, but the service here was terrible. originally I ordered in the app, but when I got into the load, they couldn't find my order. then I went in to reorder my food, and they messed up 4 of my burgers. I went back to fix them and while I waited for the coworker to give up my food, to take it halfway a break. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I asked if someone would finish my burger and then I saw how a hired man made my food while eating her own. she has to get some of her eating on her finger because she then cleaned her finger with her mouth and then further touch my food without gloves or wash her hands. when I finally got the food, it was wrong again and it was at this point I decided that I didn't want to eat anything that she did with her hands and left with my confused order. for anyone who cares for the reason or has the right food, eat at the Wendy’s at 1000 wyoming ave
An old, mouthful, black brook danced around instead of taking my command. another falke encouraged her. the youths who wanted to work were destroyed. talk to them. food: 5/5
Lady that takes orders is impolite and handles fries with no gloves. Went there with my husband. Waited 15 minutes (as someone that worked in fastfood that’s a long time considering there wasn’t another car in sight). Got charged an extra drink (frostycino) as well but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for a refund before my 8AM shift. I get that fastfood isn’t a glamorous career, but at least look for people that follow state hygiene standards and that maybe even like working with people!
