Starbucks - Scottsdale

I don't drink coffee. Starbucks to me is the epitome of narcissistic coffee drinks. YET I want to pick up coffee for a friend and an iced tea and cake pops for myself and I was pleasantly surprised by the staffs (Baristas) down to earth attitudes. With this Starbucks being in the epicenter of stereotypes I was not expecting their level of care and customer service for not having a cake pop I wanted. Literally, I didn't care but they cared more than I did and we're very apologetic and offered me free ones the next time I was in! Good for you Starbucks.

I experienced friendly customer service! I recently moved here and it's a nice change. Baristas make sure you feel welcome and make sure you get your drink right. They are not a “Next in line!”.

Mn teacher says thank you to a parent. This place is a great place to stop in for a nice cool caffeinated drink when it's 103 outside.

The parking situation is excellent, and the service and food are great as well. However, it's unfortunate that they will be closing this location on November 15, 2020.

Today, I visited to pick up my mobile order and was warmly welcomed by Mikayla (apologies for any misspelling!). She informed me about their almond milk options and made some fantastic recommendations. I even learned something new about their blonde espresso! I'm on a mission to learn something new every day, along with doing a good deed. The customer service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, a great experience!
