Pita Jungle - Scottsdale

Never had such poor customer service. The General Manager arguing over the error. Yelling over and talking over me.. Not willing to credit or fix the food but more important for him to be right. The level of service was simply appalling. I don't write poor reviews. I understand everyone can have a bad day. This was the worst management experience I have ever encountered.

Staff was absolutely amazing (we came with a big group and we?re not disappointed) food was absolutely amazing! Atmosphere was beautiful and clean. Covid safe too!

I love this place, the food is always great. This particular day I had the trio hummus with the jalapeño , garlic and cilantro hummus with a side of taboule. And for desert I had the baklava rolls. I wish they would have had real honey on them instead of the corn syrup, but I still liked them. Spacing in the restaurant for Covid 19 safety was great and I felt comfortable eating there. Also the outside patio has high quality misters going so it kept the patio very cool.

Had our favorite dinner of salmon and and sauteed spinach.The reverse happy hour has lots of tasty options (Black bean slider my favorite). Two happy hour options 3-6 DAILY and reverse is 8-close daily as well. Pita Jungle is lucky to have Iris.It was very busy and short staffed tonight but she managed to handle each and every order with patience and care.She was constantly observing to make sure we were all accomdated.She deserves some special recognition. Not wanting to fault bartender if this is the new norm dictated by management Salmon not up to its usual quality and preparation. Asked for more lemon for salmon and what we got were slimy tiny pieces..see photos Sat at counter while take out orders were addressed but not acknowleged until the orders were taken care of first. Sad..We love this place and will come back for one more visit to see if things go back to normal Thank you Deborah Rock

Nice place with good healthy food choices. The bean burger is tasty but huge! The baba ganoush tasted more like hummus than baba ganoush. The rice was very dry. The service is fast and the waitstaff friendly. They need to wipe down tables before seating as the outside tables were all sticky.
