Kfc - Scottsdale

Now and again a fried meal is healthy. The meat was freshly cooked the original recipe tasted great. The coleslaw was sweet and delicious, the biscuit was warm, should have asked for, a pat of butter if they offered it...probably didn't need it after that fried chicken. This was a delicious meal, not too expensive...yet. The staff were young, kind and friendly. Thank you very much KFC please keep drumming up exceptional fried chicken dinners...best fried chicken in a very, very long time!

Usually fast food restaurants are standard and don't need a review. However, this KFC was amazing. I don't know who was cooking at 8:15 pm on 11/20 but it was probably the best fried chicken I've had in my life. Perfectly fried super juicy breast meat. It's also one of the more modern KFCs. Clean dining room and friendly staff. Posting this to make sure it stays open so I can come back again!

The manager who allows food to be served in this manner should definitely be let go. The meal was not only overcooked but also fried in old oil. In all the years I've been dining at KFC, I've never encountered food like this before. There is clearly a lack of quality control, which raises concerns about whether they adhere to health regulations or any other standards. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Everything was dry, and my order was completely wrong. I’m not expecting gourmet food, but I’ve never encountered KFC this bad before. I strongly advise you to avoid this place and go for the hot and ready fried chicken from your local grocery store instead. Seriously, this place should be shut down for health reasons.

The customer service here is absolutely 0. When the cash gave me my change, I had my hand out and she sat it rudely in the counter. then another customer came in because his sandwich was soggy, and instead of replacing the damn sandwich, she just went on to him how long they cook that huh. the right thing to do would be to place the change in my hand and replace the other customer food.
