Jamba - Scottsdale

May I ask why it is 7:15 AM, though the shop is closed? Said hours of operation are 7AM 8PM

I understand most businesses are struggling with employees and keeping inventory of product because of things that are going on in the world. Every single business in Arizona most likely is struggling with this exact same thing in inventory issue anemployee issue. Each manager of each location should definitely be on top of their inventory and even order extra thingsconsidering where we?re at in this world. It is so unprofessional to not have items or ingredients to make a full item for acustomer. Why even open your doors if you can?t serve the community. Things definitely need to get changed within Jamba juice asI see as I travel to different locations for the proper ingredients

Wow, where these people FAST! When I placed my order, I explained that I was in a hurry to a job and needed a healthy energy boost. They didn't waste time and made my shake recommendation and I was on my way back. Great business, wonderful staff. That was the right place to stop. There is no car thru, but parking was easily available.

The service here was a bit slow, but I had a $5 voucher that had expired just a day before, and they kindly accepted it anyway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. This experience was a relief, especially after a different Jamba location had informed me that I needed to log in to the app to use my voucher. Unfortunately, I was unable to sign up because they didn't have Wi-Fi available, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me since my voucher was set to expire that day. I felt quite frustrated at that point.

I’m genuinely impressed with the level of customer service from this team; I felt compelled to write a review to share how awesome they are. They definitely deserve a raise and a promotion! Keeping this crew around would be a great idea, as they truly improved my Jamba Juice experience. The last time I was here, it was quite unpleasant, with rude employees, so this turnaround is refreshing! Oh, and my Matcha Green Tea Blast was exceptional—definitely the best I’ve had in years. Well done, Jamba and staff! You’re all doing an amazing job, so keep up the great work!
