Sitting in drive through, need to go to work in Huntsville! 1 truck in front of me and no customers inside. Sitting here. Not even talking order.... just sitting here. They have 1 order they are working on and can't do anything else! Can't wait any longer because I will be late to

Store is nasty had to clean our table and we were only ones here . Apparently they don't even know how to make a wopper because ours got mustard mayo cheese and a pickle . Horrible the staff looks homeless . I have eat here since I was a child but I am done . Food is too expensive now to have to pay for sorry service because people don't care .

If I could 0 stars that's what they would get !! I went through drive thru for lunch today 11/09/23 first time in months because the last 3 times in drive through order were wrong ! So today went back because I love B.K. but this is last time never again. I ordered a whopper with cheese that simple. Get to where I am going reach in bag I get a whopper jr. It never fails !! The is the worst burger king in America no doubt about it ! I should have checked but how can you screw up a simple order a whopper with cheese ! Into whopper jr . Please I will never go back !! If you go to drive thru do yourself a favor check the bag. They throw whatever is ready in a bag roll top of bag down and send you on your way !! You get what person inside wants you to have to keep line moving !! FREAKING RIDICULOUS !!

Needed hamburger, chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. All were available. Staff was friendly and smiling . Shakes were thin but very good.

Floor was sticky, some drinks were unavailable, not enough staff, the smoothie machine was broken.
