They forgot to return my cc during the journey through nright, now waited 15-20min for my cc when I came back to her. When I checked out halfway, I got a job from the manager. saddening finally waiting for, but why was I so de prioritized just because I don't pay customers in this time? and no excuse for keeping up the card with
The service was quite slow! I had to request everything, including the drink tablets and the stuffing type. The drinks themselves were fine, but I was disappointed overall.
The place seems to be pretty neatly kept and the service is always very efficient! It’s a Starbucks, so obviously customer service will vary. Nice place, indeed!
I'm not a regular coffee shop patron, but during my last few visits here (all in the past month), I've experienced exceptional service—everyone has been incredibly nice, friendly, and efficient. I really don't get the negative reviews. For instance, someone mentioned that the lid popped off and burned them...maybe they just picked up the cup incorrectly?
