Not very helpful. Their website was giving me issues even though rooms were available. I called and was told several rooms are available. She transferred me to an automated machine that sent me a text back to the website.I called back and told her what happened. I asked would there be a way to reserve a room over the phone? She said there are no rooms available.I highly doubt the rooms filled up in less than 1 minute.

This place is beautiful, and the service was impeccable. Hotels often underwhelm me, but I enjoyed the personalized experience this place strives for, the scenic beauty and the great amenities and room fixtures.

The hotel seems to have gone through renovation relatively recently. Everything is quite clean and modern. A great location to stay for the price.Rooms: Spacious rooms

I loved that I picked this hotel, had to have a last minute hotel reservation and I called and they were absolutely the best! This is bar far the best hotel service I've ever had!!

My client stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. She couldn't say enough great things about it. The rooms were clean, service were great and the property was beautiful and perfectly located. Close enough to the beach and hiking paths.As a travel advisor, I was very grateful to the staff who helped me give her a memorable experience, also for accommodating my request for a special treat at the bar to thank her for the business. When you come back with these flying colors, you have a travel advisor going to suggest your hotel to more clients. She even mentioned that it would be a great venue for a wedding!
