So hospitable! We ordered pizza (which was great) but were also treated to Ethiopian honey wine and rich coffee. We’ll be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This place just reopened. Ibex has wonderful Ethiopian food. In addition, they also continue to serve Anthony’s Italian menu as well. The catfish was wonderfully prepared, with a great sauce our entire family loved. The Doro Wat(chicken stew) had a wonderful smoky and spicy taste. The family, who recently opened Ibex, are delightful. They came to ensure we were enjoying our meals multiple times, brought us a small cup of Ethiopian coffee(showing us that they roasted the beans in a pan just prior), and then gave us a sampling of their Ethiopian honey wine. The food was great, as was the entire experience, and we look forward to coming back soon. Give these amazing people a chance. Your taste buds will appreciate the great cuisine and you will enjoy the interactions with their lovely family as well.
