Restaurant Dorle - Schwäbisch Hall

Great restaurant! We ended up eating there twice. I have been to Greece and their food was better than some I eat in Greece. Some of our group had special diets, but they also found something good to eat.

Have met friends here for an evening meal often, while its nothing very special it offers authentic and nicely presented Greek food, well priced and with friendly service.

From the outside I expected to enter a German Gasthof kind of restaurant. turned out to be greek. OK, no problem for me. Was looking for just a light meal, decided to take a greek tomato soup with oregano and cheese. Was OK, then I had the Dorle Lamb dish which was good. the beer tasted well and the service was with a smile. To summarize, an OK restaurant. nothing special but price quality is certainly OK.

We were with someone who just wanted Greek food, so we sat outside on a beautiful springday enjoying this place. It was prepared differently than we're used to but delicious and fairly reasonably priced. There are also weekday lunch specials

When I look from the outside, I expected to dine in a German inn restaurant. it turned out, however, that it is Greek as we were sitting.
