Clean and sanitary tables. Customer service is okay. Food was great.

Great having KFC and Taco Bell in one place. Having chicken and a burrito. Bet this place was awesome with the pizza hut in here also. They have removed the games and arcade. Wish this was still an option. But hey, at least if you need a place to charge your phone while you eat many options. Lol.

KFC in Schertz, TX offers the best customer service I've ever experienced. The chicken was outstanding as well! The staff working on Saturday afternoon, April 16, 2022, deserve more than just a pat on the back for their great service!

The young woman who handled the payments was very nice. You could see how much she enjoyed her job.

I just want to share my experience at KFC. I have a family of six, and we arrived for dinner at 8:40 PM, not realizing the lobby closed at 9 PM. The cashier, Mike, was amazing. He assured us it wasn't a problem and warmly invited us to stay and eat. Mike was truly a wonderful person, and KFC is fortunate to have someone like him, full of happy spirit and enthusiasm for his work.
