Saturday, 14. October 2017, Linton High School class from 1967 held our 50th. Reunion in the lighthouse in the Waters Edge banquet hall. The room was beautifully appointed with our hearts and our school colours were reflected in the bed linen. The waitress was friendly, patient, professional and very accommodating. Our appetizers were fantastic. Let's just say I could live on the salmon mousse. Very generous and varied appetizers were beautifully displayed on a large table in front of the room. We chose the buffet style menu and it was not disappointed! The pasta sauce tasted like homemade sauce The salads were full of fresh vegetables of all kinds. The Caesar salad was also excellent. We had very delicate Bratbeef, Chicken Francais to DIE for, and a beautiful baked salmon with a buttery herb crispy. The evening was perfect and we all felt quite pampered by the wonderful staff and cook. Thank you for having our 50. Reunion dinner make memorable.

I visited a holiday meeting in the lighthouse on 12/10. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a very nice banquet house with great food, I highly recommend this place.
