A great service! I am out of ohio and ordered food for my man while he worked there, they had a parade and all roads were locked, but they still managed to get his food to him!

After moving back to NY and a long long 18 hour drive, all I wanted was a NY slice to finish the day. I called at 11, I was close by and their schedule says they close at midnight but I figured I’m nearby so it should be ok. When I called and said “order for pickup” I was promptly informed that even though they still had an hour to close “ oh no, we’re not turning the kitchen on. We have a few slices here in the front if you wanna come down and take a look but I’m not turning the grill on”….??!Unacceptable. Honestly, the persons tone was so non chalant and dismissive if picking up an order had been reconciled and they accommodated me. I STILL would not have used my hard earned, during a pandemic, dollars and cents to support them. Shutting things down early is what all restaurants do. But I’d like to think that a kinder “No” would have still left me eager to support this local business. Consider updating your schedule online and not telling your patrons they can have the days scraps in the window because you don’t want to cook. Disappointed

Person on the phone said they only deliver 3 miles away...when I told the person on the phone it clearly says 2.2 miles away, and they weren't doing pies, only slices. After reading other reviews I'm glad I didn't follow through with the order.
