Mcdonald's - Schenectady

I recently moved to Schenectady and the first time I tried this McDonalds it was a HUGE miss and I swore I wouldn’t go back. However, I gave it another try the last few times since then have been great! the food has been correct and hot and the service has been speedy! Not sure if there is a new staff but they are doing great regardless

Okay this particular location was amazing. We ate here after a day at great escape. We used the app to order and WOW, they were so fast at getting it ready and out to us. The food was so fresh and hot that it renewed my faith in McDonalds. The crew they had working that night was super friendly and didn't bat an eye or act put out over our large order. It was a little after 8 pm and the young woman that delivered our food out to us was super nice and even though she was wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling. She was very sweet, she thanked us for our order and said she hoped we enjoyed it and to have a great night. We had a fantastic experience there and will definitely use this location in the future. I would highly recommend to my my friends and family.

When I opened my bag and noticed that the honey mustard was missing (I get that mistakes happen), I figured I’d just eat the nuggets dry rather than burden the already overworked staff. However, when I opened the box of nuggets, I was shocked to find only tartar sauce inside! I’ve attached a photo for proof. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you can. There are plenty of better options within a few miles.

This is an amazing establishment with wonderful staff. They always greet me with a smile and brighten my day every time I visit.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I often take my kids there, but this time was just terrible. There are better options out there. It was frustrating, and it was made worse because my card wouldn't work. Overall, I had a really unenjoyable visit.
