Panda Express - Schaumburg

The workers at this restaurant were rude and they forgot to provide teriyaki sauce. I wish I could give them a 0-star rating. If you're craving Panda Express, I recommend trying a different location.

The orange chicken I ordered was one of the worst dishes I have ever had. It seemed overcooked and dry, breaking into hard, tiny fibers that made me feel nauseous. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I was charged $1.25 for the "Honey Walnut Shrimp" dish at the restaurant. I had actually ordered orange chicken and sweet fire chicken with rice, and nothing else. When I questioned the charge, the man at the counter explained that the sweet fire chicken had the same price as the shrimp dish. I pointed out that I had been a regular customer at Panda Express for years and had never been charged extra for sweet fire chicken. The man tried to avoid giving me a refund and downplayed the mistake. I agreed to remove my negative review once the sweet fire chicken was correctly listed on the menu.

I have been going here for many years, I am very disappointed lately the fried rice it was not fully cooked and the chow mein it was over cooked very disappointed I hope the owner read the reviews they need to taste the food before they serve two customers I needed to throw the food out no more this locationParking: Golf Road
