Fresh 1800 - Schaumburg

Fresh 1800 is situated inside the Hyatt Regency. I’m not sure if the restaurant's location within the hotel was clearly mentioned in the description or on the OpenTable page; if it was, I must have overlooked it. If it wasn’t, please make it more obvious that the restaurant is located inside the Hyatt Regency, as I was expecting a standalone venue or one with an outside sign. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for lunch, and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back.

We took our family to this restaurant located inside the Hyatt Schaumburg. The breakfast and lunch menus are fantastic. Unfortunately, the restaurant usually lacks customers, which is a shame.

I've never tasted shrimp so delicious. The sauces were fantastic, and the entrees were truly one-of-a-kind. The prices were very reasonable as well. I will definitely be returning!

There was not a soul in the restaurant and yet no one was around to serve. I've had better food at fast food places. The dessert wine list was comprised of 80% of wines the manager told us where not available. This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Save you time and money and go to any drive thru restaurant.

The restaurant was empty, service was ok and food over priced. Thank goodness for the restaurant.com certificate or I would have felt ripped-off.
