Mcdonald's - Scarborough

This is definitely the best McDonald's location I've ever visited. I can't understand all the negative reviews, and I suspect they might be about a different location. I come here at least three or four times a week, and they've never gotten my order wrong. The line moves quickly, so you never have to wait long for your food. The staff is also very friendly in the mornings, and I enjoy seeing all the familiar faces every day!

Due to COVID restrictions, the exit was on the opposite side, so I had to go to my car to grab my wallet and then return. Once I got back, they entered my payment in the register and provided the order number, which showed that the payment had actually been completed. This whole situation felt completely unnecessary, and I ended up wasting 25 minutes of my morning. It’s simply unacceptable.

I waited about five minutes in the drive-thru, but no one came to take my order. Even while waiting, I noticed that only the right lane was being served. I've visited this place frequently and usually had excellent service, so this is my first disappointing experience here.

Please update your storage schedule so that people can know when the store is open. I was so disappointed.

This place is excellent! Reasonable prices, large portions and the employees are constantly welcoming.
