フィードバックを提供するI ordered a vegetarian meal for 20 people. The food tasted good, but there wasn't enough curry for everyone. There was a lot of rice, making it appear like a large order, but there weren't enough curries to go around. It ended up being enough for 17 people, but a lot of food went to waste.
Greets gentle readers. the ridiculously rude restaurant worker of the month award is given.....The front counter at hopper hat! I have been a loyal customer of this strip mall restaurant for more than 10 years. during this time I had the amazing dissatisfaction, served by the same dame during the previous visit. you throw and their uninterested and unrespectful level of customer service makes them unambiguously priced. I would enjoy the opportunity to share my feedback about the front of the housewife with the person(s) responsible for placing them in front of the house. my valuable and free input for the hopper hat....a) train the lady.b) teach them to a professional, inviting demeanor at any time.c) inform them that they should be on their best behavior because they represent their device. two women I spoke to outside the restaurant agreed with my common sum. they also said that the dame and in general all hopper hat employees are curt.e) further reviews of hopper hat include words like disappointing and bad service regarding food;1) all items that were dumped on the hot counter were cold. belong to fish rolls and cut, hammel rolls etc. nothing was held at a safe temperature.2) no items were covered.3) I politely asked a kothu court. I guess it was microwave. of course not fresh. No taste, too. it's about the compost-hap.
I visited this restaurant on the recommendation of some friends from the province for delicious and authentic Sri Lankan food. I was not disappointed! The hoppers, mutton rolls, fish balls, and other dishes were all delicious. I will definitely return here when I come back.
The restaurant's business is negatively affected by their employees' attitudes. When calling, they answer the phone, but are extremely rude. One person who answered didn't know the difference between fried rice and steamed rice. Everyone makes mistakes. It was unclear if the person answering the phone was the owner or an employee. When asked about a specific menu item, the person said different employees would have different answers. However, they did mention "kartoffels," which are not on the menu. The person even began crying before I ended the call. To improve their business, they need to provide better customer service. Many other restaurants are more accommodating and friendly.
Ordered mutton Kothu roti (mild), Mutton roll and Ulunthu Vadai. All three absolutely delicious. Kothu roti and mutton roll both have generous amount of meat (you’ll see). Ulunthu Vadai (like a lentil doughnut) tasty. None of the items were oily like some places. A must try!
