Cinnabon - Scarborough

I recently visited the Cinnabon located in STC and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service, particularly from the cashier, was abysmal.I approached the cashier to purchase five Cinnabons, but instead of accommodating my request, she aggressively insisted that I buy a pack of six in the box prepared from before . I inquired about the freshness of the prepared box ,and to my dismay, she admitted that it wouldn't be fresh and suggested reheating it later. This was highly unsatisfactory, as our group of five wanted to enjoy the rolls fresh and right away.To compound the issue, the cashier then informed me if I want fresh cinnabons I would have to wait for 30 minutes to receive them in a box. Unable to wait that long, I expressed my frustration, to which she coldly responded that I should pay individually for each one. The entire experience was both frustrating and needlessly inconvenient.In stark contrast to other Cinnabon locations, where I have always encountered friendly and attentive staff providing exceptional customer service, this particular location fell short in every aspect.I strongly urge the owner to address the problems at this branch. It may be beneficial to implement shorter shifts for employees to prevent exhaustion and mitigate potential conflicts with customers. Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere is essential for the success of any establishment.Based on this highly disappointing experience, I unequivocally declare that I will never return to this Cinnabon location. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to improve the quality of service provided to customers.

Small, nice looking location. I’m one of those people who had never been before. I was at the counter for a minute and I heard a voice, but nobody approached. Everyone seemed busy in the back saw about three people, but I think somebody should be quicker to the front counter when business appears. I’ll try again another time.

Great Cinnabons, but it was very sticky and salty for some reason!

Closest entrance number 3. You need to go down 1 level with the escalator next to Walmart entrance. Great service and very polite attendant. No sitting place at the shop. There are four small tables nearby but they were occupied. Overall, nice experience

我相信好多人都食過呢間Cinnabon，我自己係第一次食，味道非常甜。如果你本身好鍾意食甜嘅嘢，咁會好適合你。我本身唔係啲好鍾意食朱古力嘅人，但係我覺得佢呢隻包嘅朱古力幾容易入口，味道相當唔錯。I believe many people have tried Cinnabon before, and it was my first time trying it too. The taste is incredibly sweet. If you already enjoy eating sweet treats, then it will be very suitable for you. Personally, I'm not someone who particularly loves chocolate, but I found the chocolate in their pastry quite easy to enjoy, and the taste was quite good.
