Night Train Lounge - Sayre

The reception staff was quite rude when I requested an early check-in and a late check-out. Their态度 was unwelcoming, which made the experience unpleasant. Additionally, they charged me for an extra night, which I found unreasonable. There was also a lack of communication regarding the breakfast location; it wasn't clearly indicated where it would be served. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay.

I drove home as far as I could at night and stumbled upon this lovely Best Western. The lobby was warm and inviting, and the staff, including the night attendant and tester on February 20th, were fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s conveniently located just one exit from Tioga Downs Casino. Even though I only stayed for 5 hours, I can already tell that a longer visit would be wonderful.

It’s not ideal to have guests wandering into your room by accident or to receive unexpected calls from the police, especially when the hotel can't provide a valid reason. The ground floor room is small, the TV is subpar, and the view is quite disappointing—you only get a glimpse of the Dandy across the street. Additionally, the prices vary from what was advertised: $119 on Friday, $140 on Saturday, and $125 on Sunday.

We used this motel for pre- and post procedures at Robert Packer Hospital. I booked the room online (best price), just to find out that if I called the motel and informed them about the reason for the stay I would have received a discount although they would not give me the discount. Because I didn't book it that way. It was when I saw that they told me. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. I'd use it again in the future.

My family loves staying and they work with you to make sure everything is good. They make sure everything is working for you and make sure you always are happy which always are. Definitely a 10/10……..
