Visiting Champaign area stopped by this location 08/15/22. First of all the blonde lady behind the desk was very unwelcoming. Sat down and she began yelling WERE FULL HOUSE MaAM. The lady that had walked in stated I?ll wait a few. Than she preceded totell another gentle Get your foot off the chair. This lady could used some training in customer service. She is working in aservice related environment. She needs to be approachable and learn to watch her delivery. Owner should take a look into this?.

DO NOT go here if you have a paper temporary DL issued by the State Of Illinois which is a legal document given to you while waiting for your hard copy! The Lady working asked for valid ID, my husband showed his, I showed my paper one given by theState. She said that was unacceptable by the owner. And I must cash out and leave. We have been several times with me using thisform of ID, by the way! First of she should have been at the counter when we walked in and not In the back for long enough formy husband and I to play $20. She was rude and kept telling us we can call whoever. We will NEVER return!!

Nothing crazy about this place. Just a nice place to go play some slots. Very nice bartender that asks you if you want anything to drink and then leaves you alone. I like that you only have a conversation if you want one. Only problem here was Ihad the same luck as always lol ????. Will return

Lost 80.00 and never got more than 2.00 at a time. Gave free pop. Was very polite and cleaned everything down after I used each machine including the atm.
