Domino's Pizza - Savoy

I ordered a large order for delivery for a birthday party. 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, we got an email saying the order was cancelled. So my husband went to pick up the order but we were charged the delivery price $14.99) instead of pick up price $7.99). I brought this issue up to the manager but no compensation was offered. I contacted the corporate office through robot message system. But I have not heard back from them. I don't know that else to do.

Had to cook my pizza again tonight! Don't like leaving bad reviews having worked in food service myself. I know sometimes it's short staffing, a new employee still learning, an overwhelming rush of orders or one lazy employee they haven't been able to fire yet. Gave this place more than a few chances. It's been downhill the past year or so, being more miss than hit. Sometimes they lose orders. They told me I was at the wrong restaurant more than once and to go find the right location. After showing them my email receipt they realize they accidentally cleared my order from the queue. Then they'll have you waiting 30 minutes OR MORE even when they didn't lose your order. They don't even bother to comp you nor apologize at the least either. Stingy with ingredients compared to other locations. They gave me 8 pepperoni once on a large pizza and forgot the sauce another time. Special requests like extra sauce, cheese or toppings are often ignored too. When ordering pizzas with only vegetables, the dough is often undercooked. Maybe they think they don't have to bake it as long since there's no meat. Started requesting for it to be well done and it's so soft and flimsy you can tell it wasn't baked for even the regular bake time. You're likely to bite into raw dough somewhere if you order a handmade pan pizza with only veggies for sure! Those are supposed to come with extra cheese automatically and you can see straight through to the crust every time! Had to pop a couple pizzas in the oven when I got home before so they were edible. Sauce and toppings to the edge? Not when you order them from here. Only order thin crust or hand tossed and never pay for extra or double anything because you'll be wasting your money. Don't be in a time crunch either. My experience has been they rush and don't pay attention to details on orders. Used to like this location! They're only good for deals now. Would never pay for regular priced pizza from here.

Made an order an hour ago. Sat at the restaurant for 25 mins for them to tell me they're just now making my damn order. Absolutely ridiculous. If u would stop clocking ur delivery drivers in and out to try to pad ur time clock then u prolly wouldn't have this issue. not hearsay as I'm sitting here listening to all this from the management herself

Delivery was fast and hot. The delivery driver, Diana, was super friendly and courteous.

I ordered a small pizza. They cut it into 8 small pieces. Who cuts a small pizza into 8 pieces? They forgot my sauce AND to specifically ordered pepperoni and black olives ON YHE LEFT SIDE. They put pepperoni on one side, black olives on the other.
