Club One - Savannah

I had a fantastic experience! There was a $10 cover for the show we attended, which was totally worth it. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders were friendly and attentive. We went for the amateur night, and the atmosphere was wonderfully welcoming. However, the place could use a good dusting, and the ground floor felt a bit unusual.

The doorman accused me of requesting three drag-show tickets when I only inquired about one. I didn't want a refund because it's not even possible to process one from a distance. What kind of reality is that? You should take the money from the drawer since it was your mistake.

I absolutely love coming here with my husband and friends, especially for the fantastic events. The venue has a vintage charm—this is Savannah, after all! The drag shows are always a highlight, delivering top-notch entertainment and plenty of laughs. Typically, we just stay for the shows because the DJ's music isn't really my favorite. The playlist tends to be outdated and leans heavily on techno, which isn't my scene. If they could refresh the music selection, it would really enhance the experience! Nonetheless, the shows are the main attraction, and they never disappoint!

This was our first time in this club since we moved from California. We went to the New Year's Drag Show and then dance and drink. The drag show was very good. We really enjoyed it with several performers. The venue is older and could use a cash infusion to make it more beautiful for the audience and the actors. You deserve it. That was the highlight. The low point is the weak and overpriced drinks. $15.50 for two small drinks served in a plastic cup. A very small one. The lowest point was the DJ. If the dance floor is empty, it's a hint. Please play dance music and update what you do. It was obvious that he made his own mix and worked hard on it, but the final result was simply not good to dance. I was surprised that there was no dress code, but I guess things are different here in Georgia. The crowd wasn't what I expected, but we talked to some nice people. The whole staff was polite and professional. Overall, we will return again because I think this is our only option and we have fun. I hope they can update the place and music to draw more people. I expected to pack the place in NYE and it wasn't until 1130.

I've been here as a visitor from California many times. My sister and I were lucky enough to see The Lady Chablis, back in the day.Wonderful, wonderful, a night we will never forget!The last time I was there was in 2018 with my daughter who identifies as Queer. We had a great time that neither of us will ever forget.Everyone was so welcoming. I hope to visit this beautiful place again someday.
